What can the order management system do?
The order management system supports you in your daily business. As an admin, you can view and edit details of all past and current orders, among other things.
💡Note: Location users can view the order management of "their" location and search for specific orders using the search bar, but they cannot perform any actions or view order details.
Displayed Information
The order management system includes a list of all orders stored in the software. Using the various filter functions, you can filter the orders according to your preferences.
💡Note: We recommend resetting all filters by clicking the "Reset Filters" button before each search to ensure that only the filters needed for the current search are active.
Possible Actions for Multiple Selected Orders:
There are additional functions that can be performed for multiple selected orders at once:

Excel Export: Create an export of the orders selected using the filters. You can choose between three types of Excel exports, depending on which information should be included:
- Orders
- Order items (quantities & weights)
- Billing items

Bulk Order Changes: Modify the orders selected using the filters. You can choose from six types of changes to be applied to the selected orders. Depending on the desired change, certain criteria must be met for the orders to enable the bulk change.
