How to manage Waste Disposal Certificates?
If you have permission to use the eANV module in the software, you can manage waste disposal certificates. This guide explains how to do so.
Adding a New Waste Disposal Certificate
To add a new waste disposal certificate, certain prerequisites must be met:
Prerequisites:
- Waste Generator: The location must have a valid disposal number and an eANV contact person. The associated company must also have an eANV contact person.
- Type and Quantity of Waste: The selected item must have consistent data maintained.
- Disposer: The selected disposer must have an eANV contact person assigned.
Steps to Add a New Certificate:
- Navigate to Disposal > eANV to access the eANV overview.
- Click the "Certificates" tab to view all existing waste disposal certificates.
- Click Add Certificate, and a new form will open.
- Fill in all relevant information in the form.
- Confirm your input by clicking Save.
You have successfully added a new waste disposal certificate to the software.
Tip: In the certificate overview, the "Usage" column provides a visual representation of the disposed quantity. If the certificate is linked to a container, the graphic is also visible in the container details.
Assigning a Waste Disposal Certificate
- Navigate to Disposal > eANV to access the eANV overview.
- Click the "Certificates" tab to view all existing waste disposal certificates.
- Locate the certificate you want to assign to an item.
- Tip: Use the available filter options for easier searching.
- Click Assign in the corresponding row or select Actions > Assign. A form will open.
- Click the "Item" field and select the appropriate item from the dropdown menu.
- Confirm your selection by clicking Assign.
You have successfully assigned a waste disposal certificate to an item.
Signing a Waste Disposal Certificate
💡 Note: The signature process uses the NSUITE Signature Tool, which you can download the first time you sign a document. You will need a signature card and a card reader. Supported hardware is listed on NSUITE's website: NSUITE Accessories.
- Navigate to Disposal > eANV to access the eANV overview.
- Click the "Certificates" tab to view all existing waste disposal certificates.
- Locate the certificate you want to sign.
- Tip: Use the available filter options for easier searching.
- Click Sign in the corresponding row or select Actions > Sign.
- The NSUITE Signature Tool will open.
- Click the "Signatures" tab to view the signature overview.
- Click Add Signature.
- Insert your signature card into the NSUITE card reader.
- Enter your PIN and confirm on the reader by clicking OK. The signature will be added to the Signatures tab in NSUITE.
- Complete the process by clicking Done and closing the NSUITE tab.
After successful signing, the document will be updated in the Resourcify software. You have successfully signed the waste disposal certificate.
Archiving a Waste Disposal Certificate
- Navigate to Disposal > eANV to access the eANV overview.
- Click the "Certificates" tab to view all existing waste disposal certificates.
- Locate the certificate you want to archive.
- Tip: Use the available filter options for easier searching.
- Click Actions > Archive in the corresponding row.
You have successfully archived the waste disposal certificate.
💡 Note: Set the "Archived" filter to Yes in the certificate overview to display all archived certificates.
Reactivating a Waste Disposal Certificate
- Navigate to Disposal > eANV to access the eANV overview.
- Click the "Certificates" tab to view all existing waste disposal certificates.
- Set the "Archived" filter to Yes to display all archived certificates.
- Locate the certificate you want to reactivate.
- Click Reactivate in the corresponding row or select Actions > Reactivate.
You have successfully reactivated the waste disposal certificate.
Adding a Declaration Analysis
- Navigate to Disposal > eANV to access the eANV overview.
- Click the "Certificates" tab to view all existing waste disposal certificates.
- Locate the certificate to which you want to add a declaration analysis.
- Tip: Use the available filter options for easier searching.
- Click Declaration Analysis in the corresponding row or select Actions > Declaration Analysis. A new window will open.
- Click Upload File and select the relevant file.
- The NSUITE Signature Tool will open, as two documents must be signed: the declaration analysis and the waste generator layer of the certificate.
- Click the "Signatures" tab to view the signature overview.
- Click Add Signature.
- Insert your signature card into the NSUITE card reader.
- Enter your PIN and confirm on the reader by clicking OK. The signature will be added to the Signatures tab in NSUITE.
- The second signature process will start automatically.
- Repeat steps 8–10.
- Complete the process by clicking Done and closing the NSUITE tab.
- After successful signing, the document will be updated in the Resourcify software.
You have successfully added a declaration analysis to the certificate.
