How do I view complaints from waste disposal companies?

The waste disposal company can report complaints to you using a form. This information is stored in the software. As an admin, you can view the complaints of the waste disposal companies. In this article, we explain how to do this.

 

View complaints from waste disposal companies

  1. Via Disposal > Order management, you can access the order overview, in which all orders are listed.
  2. Select the appropriate filters in the "Problem" section on the left.
  3. All orders for which a complaint has been received appear in the overview.
  4. Clicking on Details in the line of an order takes you to the detailed view of an order.
  5. By clicking on the ‘Problems’ tab, you can view the reason for the complaint.
