How do I create a support request for a container?

If you have a problem with a container and the software does not offer a suitable solution, you can submit a support request in the container administration. We explain how to do this in this article.

Create a support request for a container:

  1. Via Disposal > Container management, you can access the overview in which all containers already created in the software are listed.
  2. In the list, select the container for which you would like to create a support request. Tip: Use the various search fields and filters to do this.
  3. Once you have found the relevant container, click on Details in the respective line. The detailed view of the container opens.
  4. To create a support request for the container, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the grey button with the speech bubble next to the question "Need help?".
  5. Your e-mail client will open and a pre-filled e-mail with all the information about the corresponding container will be created automatically. Complete the text with your request and click on Send.

You have successfully created a support request for a specific container.
