How do I create a support request for a container?
If you have a problem with a container and the software does not offer a suitable solution, you can submit a support request in the container administration. We explain how to do this in this article.
Create a support request for a container:
- Via Disposal > Container management, you can access the overview in which all containers already created in the software are listed.
- In the list, select the container for which you would like to create a support request. Tip: Use the various search fields and filters to do this.
- Once you have found the relevant container, click on Details in the respective line. The detailed view of the container opens.
- To create a support request for the container, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the grey button with the speech bubble next to the question "Need help?".
- Your e-mail client will open and a pre-filled e-mail with all the information about the corresponding container will be created automatically. Complete the text with your request and click on Send.
You have successfully created a support request for a specific container.
