How can I change the order status manually?
Step 1: View order details
To change the status of an order, you must first call up the detailed view of the corresponding order. You can always access the detailed view of an order in two different ways. Either by searching for a specific container via Disposal > Site overview and clicking on the order status (option 1); or by searching for the respective order via Disposal > Order management and clicking on Details (option 2).
Option 1: Search for an order via the location overview
- Via Disposal > Location overview, you can access the location overview, where you can search for specific locations (e.g. branches) and view the associated containers.
- In the search bar, enter the location at which you want to change an order manually. You can search for various location data here, e.g. location title or number.
- The overview of the location you have searched for opens. If you have several directions to the location, you can switch between them using the tabs. If the list of locations is longer, navigate the tabs to the left and right using the arrow buttons displayed.
- In the list, select the container for which you want to change an order manually.
- In the "Order status" column, click on the order status displayed there.
- The detailed view of the order opens.
Option 2: Search for order via order management
- Via Disposal > Order management, you can access the order overview, in which all orders are listed.
- In the list, select the order whose status you want to change manually. Tip: Use the various search fields and filters to do this.
- Once you have found the relevant order, click on Details in the respective line. The detailed view of the order opens.
Step 2: Change order status
- Click on Change status in the white field on the left-hand side.
- Select the target status for the order from the drop-down menu. You can choose between the following options:
- Ordered
- Confirmed
- Executed
- Confirmed
- Checked
- Billed
For example, you can reset an order that has already been confirmed to the “Ordered” status. This reactivates the “Cancel” option.
💡Note: From a certain point in the process flow (i.e. when the order has received the status “Billed”), it is no longer possible to change the order status. In this case, please contact Support.
