Who receives the email when ordering a container?
Ideally, the service provider should receive the email. But who exactly? Is it a collective address? An individual? And where do I store this information?
In order to create an email address for receiving the order, it must be stored as a contact with the respective service provider.

In the next step, the contact you just created must be stored at the service provider location.
Simply click on the service provider location and then enter the contact under "Disposition".
Order emails are now sent to the contact stored in "Disposition".
