What is the Operations Dashboard?

Your central cockpit for monitoring all waste disposal key figures and processes – from data completeness to order execution.

What does the dashboard offer you?

The Operations Dashboard provides waste managers with a real-time overview of key waste management metrics. It summarizes your operational data and presents it in a clear, understandable format, allowing you to quickly identify issues, supplier performance, and optimization opportunities.

How to work with this dashboard

When you open it, you will see several areas, each representing an important aspect of the operation:

  • Key performance indicators (KPIs):  In the upper section you will find the most important figures on data completeness, pickup reliability, supplier performance and successful order processing at a glance.

  • Trend visualization:  A chart shows how completed and requested pickups, as well as punctuality, have developed over the past few weeks – ideal for identifying patterns or anomalies.

  • Monthly overview:  The monthly breakdown gives you an overview of all orders – whether in progress, canceled, reviewed, or marked as problem cases. This allows you to specifically review performance and identify bottlenecks or risks.

Filter data

Use the comprehensive filter panel to customize your view by time period, specific locations, waste disposal companies, and individual materials. This allows you to focus on specific aspects of your operations.
