What is the feedback rate?
As an admin, you can view the feedback rate analysis for your company. In this article, we explain what this analysis is and what information it contains.
The feedback rate describes the proportion of orders that have been reported back. A distinction is made between two types of response rate:
Total confirmation rate (= proportion of all non-cancelled orders that have at least the status "Checked")
Automatic feedback rate (= checked orders that were transmitted completely and correctly by the service provider)
The evaluation shows charts and tables that are automatically generated by the Resourcify software and cannot be exported or downloaded.
What information can be viewed in the evaluation?
The evaluation shows a graphical representation of the total and automatic response rate. You can also view a table that breaks down the response rate by month. The following information is displayed for each month:
- Number of orders (not cancelled)
- Total confirmation rate
- Automatic confirmation rate
By clicking on a month, the corresponding values are broken down by waste disposal service provider.
