What is a service-provider?
Service providers are the waste disposal companies that you have commissioned to transport and/or recycle your waste.
All waste disposal companies must be stored in the software, as each container is assigned to a corresponding service provider. This can have different locations and contact persons, which can be managed in detail. Documents can also be added to the service provider.

💡Note: Service providers and service provider locations that have already been created in the software cannot be deleted, as deleting a service provider would also affect orders already carried out by the service provider and thus distort the order history. If you still wish to delete a service provider and/or its locations, please contact our support team.
