There are various order types in the software. The order types are rigidly linked to the container types. Bags, for example, are coded as collection. No emptying takes place here, as the bags are collected and taken away by the service provider.

Your service provider brings you a new container to your location:
Emptying:
Your service provider empties a container at the location and leaves it there:
Swap:
Your service provider collects a full container and replaces it with an empty one:
Removal/Pickup:
Your service provider collects a full container without replacing it with a new one. Can also be declared as a removal in the software. The presentation status changes accordingly.
