How to Request the Removal of a Container?

As an admin, you can request the removal of a container from the service provider through the container management feature. Here’s how to do it.

 

Requesting the Withdrawal of a Container

  1. Go to Disposal > Container Management to see an overview of all containers currently listed in the software.
  2. Select the container from the list that you would like to schedule for withdrawal. Tip: Use the search fields and filters to locate the container more easily.
  3. Once you’ve found the container, click on Details in the relevant row to open the container’s detail view.
  4. In the “Current Orders” section, click on Order > Withdrawal. A form will open.

  5. Choose the date and time for the container’s withdrawal.
  6. Optional: Use the “Additional Message” field to add further information for the disposal provider and/or attach documents or photos to the order by clicking on Select File.
  7. Confirm the order submission by clicking OK.
