How to create and edit service providers

As an admin, you can create and edit service providers in the software. This article will explain how to do this.

💡Note: Each container is associated with a corresponding service provider. This can have various locations and contacts that can be managed in detail.

Adding a new service provider

  1. Go to Administration > Service Providers to see an overview of all service providers already created in the software.
  2. To add a new service provider, click on Add Service Provider.
  3. A form will open where you can enter all the details of the new service provider. Scroll through the form and enter all relevant information.
  4. Click Save at the end of the form to confirm your entries. The newly created service provider will now appear in the overview.

Editing a service provider

  1. Go to Administration > Service Providers to see an overview of all service providers already created in the software.
  2. Select the service provider you want to edit from the list and click on Details.
  3. In the following view, all the information stored for the service provider will be displayed. This is divided into the following sections where you can make changes:
Disposer details Here you can edit all basic information and further details about the disposer.
Locations Here you can add and edit information about the service provider's locations.
Contacts Here you can store contact information for the service provider.
Documents Here you can store documents (e.g. certificates).
  4. Click on the respective tab in the service provider information overview that you want to edit.

💡Note: Service providers and service provider locations that have already been created in the software cannot be deleted, as deleting a service provider would also affect orders already executed by the service provider and thus distort the order history. If you still want to delete a service provider and/or its locations, please contact our support.
