How to clone an article?
You can duplicate articles in the software. This makes it easier to create similar articles that are only slightly different from each other.
Efficiently managing multiple articles within your software can significantly boost operational productivity. The ability to duplicate articles allows you to create similar setups with minimal effort, ensuring consistency and reducing the likelihood of errors.
This feature is especially useful when articles share common attributes but require slight modifications.
- Navigate to the "Administration" section in the software.
- Select the "Articles" tab to view your existing articles.
- Select the item to be copied and click on the “Details" button. Look for the “More” option at the top right of the screen.
- Click on "Clone". This will create a copy of the selected article, allowing you to make the necessary adjustments without having to start from scratch.
- The article's properties will be displayed — you can now make changes or keep the article as it is. Finish the process by clicking "Save".
