How to clear cache and cookies?

Sometimes, specific parts of the software, such as container management, may not open. Occasionally, you may also encounter a blank white screen.

 

This could be due to data being loaded from the cache that is no longer up to date.

The first step you can take is clearing your cache and cookies. After clearing them, please close the browser and reopen it.

 

If you still encounter issues after clearing the cache and cookies, the Incognito Mode might help. Every browser has an Incognito or Private Mode, which stores fewer forms, cookies, and data compared to normal browsing.

 

The process for clearing cache and cookies varies slightly depending on the browser. Below are the steps for three common browsers:


Google Chrome:

  1. Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
  2. Select "Clear browsing data."
  3. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select "All time."
  4. Check the boxes next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files."
  5. Click "Clear data."

Mozilla Firefox:

  1. Click the three-line menu in the top-right corner and select "Settings."
  2. Go to "Privacy & Security" > "Cookies and Site Data" > "Clear Data."
  3. A window titled "Clear Data" will open. Check the boxes for "Cookies and Site Data" and "Cached Web Content/Cache," then click "Clear."

Microsoft Edge:

  1. Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner and select "Settings."
  2. Navigate to "Privacy, search, and services" and scroll to "Clear browsing data."
  3. Click "Choose what to clear," check the boxes for "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," then click "Clear now."
