How does the electronic waste tracking system work?

You can use the electronic waste tracking system with the Resourcify software. In this article we explain how to do this.

Connection to the NSUITE eANV module

All documents that are managed via the electronic waste tracking procedure must be synchronized via the Central Coordination Point (ZKS). Resourcify has decided against connecting the ZKS directly to the software and has instead entered into a partnership with NSUITE.

NSUITE ensures that all documents are stored and synchronized in a legally secure manner, while Resourcify ensures that all documents are presented in a clear and concise manner and are useful for end users. All data is kept in duplicate when it is created via Resourcify and all new documents created via NSUITE are synchronized with the Resourcify software every minute.

When using the eANV module, the user works primarily in the Resourcify software. Further functions are available to users as required via the additional NSUITE interface. User and client management for the register is also possible via the NSUITE module.

Electronic records management and the associated NSUITE module include the following functional features:

  • User management
  • Client/business premises management
  • Communication with the ZKS via OSCI
  • Implementation of the interfaces defined by the BMU

NSUITE-Client-Signature

  • Qualified electronic signing of forms and verification of signatures
  • Signature viewer with display of the different views of the document
  • Automatic document dispatch to all parties involved in waste transportation
  • Semantic and syntactic checks when receiving documents and display in the event of errors
  • Assignment and delivery of designated documents from one or more mailboxes

NSUITE-Register

  • Automatic register management for waste subject to mandatory verification according to the specifications of the BMU
  • Register entries for waste that does not require verification
  • Register view with additional definable filters
  • Automatic creation of register extracts
  • Additional dispatch of documents to selected recipients

Monitoring of waste disposal certificates

Proof of disposal is monitored in the Resourcify software via a visual display of the current use of waste disposal certificate with adjustable limit values (e.g. green up to 50%, yellow up to 80%, red > 80%). Alternatively, the display can be used according to the expected time until the “used” disposal certificates (e.g. green > 2 months, yellow 1-2 months, red < 1 month).

💡Note: The graphic with the current usage of a waste disposal certificate can be viewed in the container management via the detailed view of a container and when commissioning a container. If the waste disposal certificate has exceeded the value of 70%, a warning message must be confirmed.

Handling of dangerous goods

Documents for the handling of dangerous goods, such as transport documents, transport papers, etc. can be stored in the Resourcify software on the respective order in PDF format or as an image file. This does not include the retrieval or creation of accompanying documents directly in the Resourcify software.
