How do I prepare orders for invoice checking?

You can review invoices directly in the Resourcify software under the Billing > Invoice Overview menu. However, before doing so, you must first prepare the reported orders for invoice verification.

To do this, first check the quantities and weights reported back by the disposal service provider, followed by reviewing the created billing items. This step is crucial because the billing items you verify (so-called shadow items) form the basis for the invoice review. The shadow items generated by the software are cross-checked with the items on the received invoice (or credit note) during the invoice review.

 

💡Note: There are different ways for confirming the order execution and reporting the quantities and weights by the disposal service provider. This can either be done via an email interface or through an integration of the Resourcify software with the disposal provider’s ERP system (interface solution). In the case of an email interface, the disposal partner receives an automatically generated email from the software, which handles the confirmation of the appointment, execution, and the reporting of quantities and weights.
