How do I order a container in Location Overview?
Triggering a new order
💡Note: There are basically two ways to trigger an order for a container, either via the detailed view of the container in the container management or via the location overview, as described below.
Step 1: Select container
- Via Disposal > Location overview, you can access the location overview, where you can search for specific locations (e.g. branches) and view the associated containers.
- Enter the location where you would like to order a container in the search bar. You can search for various location data here, e.g. location title or number.
- The overview of the location you are looking for will open. If you have several access points at the location, you can switch between them using the tabs. If the list of locations is longer, navigate the tabs to the left and right using the arrow buttons displayed.
- In the list, select the container for which you want to trigger an order.
💡Note: You can recognize interval containers by the round arrow icon behind the container name. In the Order status column, you can see the date for the next scheduled collection.
Step 2: Ordering containers
There are two basic order modes for containers: “On call” and "interval". On-call containers are ordered manually when required (i.e. when the containers are really full). Interval containers are automatically ordered by the software according to the stored interval plan (always six days before the next scheduled execution). Only deviations such as special services and additional quantities (i.e. if additional quantities are required) need to be ordered.
The next steps depend somewhat on whether it is an on-call container or an interval container.
