How do I manage Consignment Notes?

If you have the permission for the eANV module in the software, you can manage consignment notes. This guide explains how to do so.

Create a new Consignment Note

Note: A consignment note is automatically generated in the software when a task for the respective container is initiated. This feature can be enabled or disabled in the Container Management section.

  1. Navigate to Disposal > Container Management to access the overview of all containers already created in the software.
  2. Select the container you want to edit from the list.
Tip: Use the search fields and filters for quicker navigation.
  3. Once you find the desired container, click Details in the corresponding row. This opens the container’s detail view.
  4. Click Edit in the 'Waste Management' section.
  5. In the 'eANV Consignment Note Creator' row, click the white field to open a dropdown menu.
  6. Select the appropriate consignment note creator from the list:
    • Disposer: The consignment note is created by the disposer, synchronized with the software via NSUITE, and can then be signed by you.
    • Waste Producer: A consignment note is automatically generated by the Resourcify software when the container is ordered.
  7. Confirm your selection by clicking Save.
  8. The automatically generated disposal certificate is synchronized with the Resourcify software via NSUITE and can be viewed and managed under Disposal > eANV > Consignment Notes.

You have successfully created a new disposal certificate in the software.

💡 Note: When ordering a container with an automatically created consignment note, you can add a note in the "Additional Information" field. This will appear in the "Remarks" section of the consignment note and in the "Additional Information" section of the task.
