How do I log an order for a container?
As an admin, you can manually log completed orders from waste disposal providers in the software. In this article, we explain how to do this.
💡Note: For manually logged orders and cancellations of such orders, no emails will be sent to the service provider.
Logging an Order
- Navigate to Disposal > Container Management to access the overview where all containers already registered in the software are listed.
- In the list, select the container for which you want to log an order. Tip: Use the various search fields and filters to assist you.
- Once you have found the relevant container, click on Details in the corresponding row. The container's detail view will open.
- In the Current Orders section, click the Log Order button. A new window will open.
- Select the order type, the container's status, and the execution date.
- Optional: Enter additional information in the text field and/or attach documents or photos by clicking Choose File.
- Confirm the logging of the order by clicking Confirm Logging.
