How do I log an order for a container?

As an admin, you can manually log completed orders from waste disposal providers in the software. In this article, we explain how to do this.

 

💡Note: For manually logged orders and cancellations of such orders, no emails will be sent to the service provider.

 

Logging an Order

  1. Navigate to Disposal > Container Management to access the overview where all containers already registered in the software are listed.
  2. In the list, select the container for which you want to log an order. Tip: Use the various search fields and filters to assist you.
  3. Once you have found the relevant container, click on Details in the corresponding row. The container's detail view will open.
  4. In the Current Orders section, click the Log Order button. A new window will open.
  5. Select the order type, the container's status, and the execution date.
  6. Optional: Enter additional information in the text field and/or attach documents or photos by clicking Choose File.
  7. Confirm the logging of the order by clicking Confirm Logging.
