How Do I edit the Schedule Plan of a Container?
Schedule plans define when orders for an interval container (regular disposal) are executed. These plans are created when a new interval container is added but can be adjusted at any time.
The software automatically generates an order based on the schedule plan six days before the next planned pickup. It is important to coordinate the schedule plan details with your disposal service providers in advance.
As an Admin, you can edit the schedule plans for containers at any time. This guide explains how to do it.
Editing Container Schedule Plans
- Go to Disposal > Container Management to access an overview of all containers already set up in the software.
- Select the container from the list for which you want to adjust the schedule plan. Tip: Use the various search fields and filters to find the container quickly.
- Once you've located the container, click Details in the corresponding row. The container's detail view will open.
- In the "Assignment" section, click on Edit Schedule Plan.
- You now have two options:
- Edit Existing Plan: Add new dates for additional pickups to the existing plan by selecting them in the calendar and then clicking Add Date. Remove dates from the schedule plan by clicking X.
