How do I create a support request for an order?
If you encounter a problem with an order and the software does not provide a suitable solution, you can submit a support request via the order management section. In this article, we will explain how to do this.
Creating a Support Request for an Order
- Navigate to Disposal > Order Management to access the overview where all past and current orders are listed.
- Select the order for which you would like to create a support request from the list. Tip: Use the various search fields and filters for this purpose.
- Once you have found the relevant order, click on Details in the respective row. The detailed view of the order will open.
- To create a support request for the order, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the gray button with the white question mark on the left side.
- Your email client will open, and a pre-filled email with all the relevant information about the order will be automatically created. Complete the message with your inquiry and click Send.
You have successfully created a support request for a specific order.
