How do I create a support request for an order?

If you encounter a problem with an order and the software does not provide a suitable solution, you can submit a support request via the order management section. In this article, we will explain how to do this.

Creating a Support Request for an Order

  1. Navigate to Disposal > Order Management to access the overview where all past and current orders are listed.
  2. Select the order for which you would like to create a support request from the list. Tip: Use the various search fields and filters for this purpose.
  3. Once you have found the relevant order, click on Details in the respective row. The detailed view of the order will open.
  4. To create a support request for the order, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the gray button with the white question mark on the left side.
  5. Your email client will open, and a pre-filled email with all the relevant information about the order will be automatically created. Complete the message with your inquiry and click Send.

    You have successfully created a support request for a specific order.
