If a waste disposal company specifies a weight that is too low or none at all in an order, you can calculate and insert a flat-rate price in the order details under "Quantities" with a simple click.
If the minimum weight for a confirmed order has not been reached, this button can be used to calculate flat-rate prices based on the material bulk weight, the container size and the material price from the container. The order must have the status ‘Confirmed’ and there must be an entry for the weight under Quantities (0 or more).
The Requirements for the calculation are:
- The order has the status "Confirmed"
- There must be an entry for the weight under Quantities (0 or more)
- A bulk weight is stored for the waste type
- A price has been entered for the material (in the container)
