How do I add additional order information?

Is your container located in a specific location? Is there anything you'd like to tell the service provider?

Reliable and efficient order processing requires clear and comprehensive communication between the client and the service provider. Especially for waste disposal services and the management of complex waste streams, it is crucial to provide the service provider with all relevant order information in advance.

How do I store such order information in a container?

  1. Container overview
  2. Choose container->Details
  3. Click in the top right corner on "Edit"

In this area, you can add specific item details and additional order information. Once saved in the container, this information will automatically be available as "standard information" for every future order placed with this container and will be included when the order is submitted to the service provider.
